I don't think I could have done a week of cover songs without including the Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. Even though they will probably never have their own theme park like Dolly, they did take one of her big hits (no not those...) and turned it into a high energy punk song. So I guess what I am trying to say is, if country music was punk music, then I would really like it. One of my newly appointed favorite people is a huge Dolly fan, so this is for her.
